Up for sale is a vintage set of 4 hood latches. These are the same in every way, except for a slight variation in the surface finish. Two of these appear to be nickel plated, while the other two have what looks like more of a chrome finish. Otherwise they are the same in shape and size. The measurements: These measure approximately 4 1/4 from the bottom of the brackets to just under the hooks.

The overall length is approximately 5 3/4. The mounting brackets measure approximately 1 1/2 across from hole center to hole center.

Application: I'm not sure of the exact application. Please do your own research. Condition: These are in very good condition. They all pull nicely and have very good spring tension. They could use a bit of lubrication.

Overall the surface feels very smooth on these. There is no pitting or cracking. On one of them, there is some light bubbling and some flaking. On this one there is one very light ding on the loop shaped top.
